ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
We provide AI automation, lead generation, CRM setup, voice agents, websites, and related services. We may change or stop any service at any time.
NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Nothing we provide is legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before you use them.
AI DISCLAIMER
AI outputs may contain errors. Always review AI outputs before making important decisions. Do not rely on AI alone for high risk decisions.
PAYMENT
Fees are due as stated at purchase or on invoice. Payments go through Stripe and GoHighLevel. Refunds are handled case by case.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of what you give us
- Making sure your use follows the law
- Reviewing all outputs before use
- Getting required permissions for outreach
PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our services to break any law, send spam, harass anyone, or interfere with our systems.
OWNERSHIP
All Visionary Vessels systems, templates, and methods are our property. You own deliverables we build specifically for you once fully paid.
THIRD PARTY TOOLS
We use GoHighLevel, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. We are not responsible for issues with these third party tools.
NO GUARANTEE
We do not guarantee specific results, leads, revenue, or uninterrupted service.
LIABILITY LIMIT
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the issue.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Wyoming law.
DISPUTES
Disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration. No class actions.
CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
